Last week was a milestone week for AFI! Our CEO took a special trip down to the Jacksonville, Florida DoubleTree by Hilton in preparation for its grand opening. This project marks a new milestone for the company, because we worked with designers and manufacturers to introduce a custom line of new furnishings. After a year of renovations, this stunning resort-style hotel was completely transformed! Saloni got to see firsthand how our work played an integral part in the overall design and made its mark on the public areas, as well as the guest rooms.
Since the last update on this project, we captured 64 unique images of Jacksonville to really showcase the city’s beauty and personality throughout the hotel. Each image was printed on coated/pre-treated canvas material, stretched and framed with a semi-gloss frame with a wood grain look. The hotel’s six floors were themed accordingly with large (41″x47″) framed pieces hanging in each corridor: Nature Preserve, Beach, Jacksonville Airport, Flowers, Birds, Downtown.
